CVSWMD provides leadership, education and services for residents and businesses in reducing and managing their solid waste in order to protect the public health and the environment to the greatest extent feasible.

The District offers a variety of services that schools can benefit from, and that in turn can benefit families throughout the region!

For instance, the District can help cut your waste disposal quantities (and maybe your bills!) through cafeteria food waste diversion; can help take the guesswork out of hazardous materials management and disposal, and can help you to reduce the use of toxic products and reduce waste generation in the schools.
