CVSWMD School Composting Program

Since it's start in 2004, the CVSWMD School Composting Program has provided schools with training, classroom presentations, technical assistance, and equipment.

Check our last Compost Tonnage Report to see how much compost CVSWMD schools have diverted from the landfill!

CVSWMD is no longer hauling food scraps through our business organics program. Grow Compost has taken over all hauling operations as of July 1st, 2017.

For more information, please contact a School Zero Waste Coordinator at (802)229-9383.
