• Chemicals in original containers with labels
• Bottles/jugs/cans upright in boxes/totes​
• If container is weak or leaks, place whole thing in a bucket/bin, seal with tight lid, and label
• NEVER mix chemicals

1. List materials and counts or volumes
2. Take clear photos of each listed hazardous waste inventory item
3. Find Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each hazardous waste inventory item
4. Send inventory form, photos, and SDS to [email protected]

• You must qualify as a Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) for an appointment.
• You must have EPA ID# before appointment. Request one  via 802.522.0261 or [email protected].
