Materials and volumes delivered determine price.

We reserve the right to refuse improper loads

Safety

Prevent bulbs from breaking
Chemicals in original containers with labels
Bottles/jugs/cans upright in boxes/totes
If container is weak or leaks, place whole thing in a bucket/bin, seal with tight lid, and label
NEVER mix chemicals

Fill out Haz-Waste Inventory form

List haz-waste materials with counts or volumes
Take clear photos of each listed haz-waste inventory item
Find Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each haz-waste inventory item
Email inventory form, photos, and SDS to [email protected]

Types and quantities of materials delivered determines final price

Per Federal and State Laws:

You must qualify as a Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) for an appointment.
We must have an SDS for each Haz-Waste product.
You must have an EPA ID# before your appointment. Request one via [email protected].
