Event Kit Loan Programs
These programs are only available for residents of CVSWMD member towns* (list in footer). Equipment is loaned on a first-come, first-served basis
Reservations

User Agreement
The User Agreement for each kit is different. Please fill one for each kit you want to borrow and mail to us with its associated deposit and user fee donation.

Pick Up & Return
Items should be returned within 7 days of pick up. Every additional day not returned will be charged $50. Give at least 24-hour notice to reschedule drop off to avoid fee if kit is not promised to another borrower.

Reservations
- Request a reservation at least 2 weeks prior to your event by filling out the Reservation Request Form below.
- We will contact you to confirm your request within 2 or 3 business days assuming there is no conflicting reservation.
- A reservation is not fully secured until we have your $25 cash or check Deposit and signed User Agreement.
Deposit/User Fee Donation (cash or check only)
- A $25 deposit is required to ensure all items are returned clean and undamaged. If items are dirty, damaged, missing or late, your deposit will not be returned.
- A User Fee Donation is suggested ($15-$75, as you see fit) to help cover program costs.
- If paying by check, please separate Deposit and User Fee Donation into 2 checks so we can return your deposit check through the mail after staff have inspected kit.

Dinnerware Kit
Dinnerware kits are useful for events that include a meal. See the Dinnerware Loan User Agreement for inventory numbers.

Waste Bin Kit
The waste bin kit and signs are useful for sorting and managing waste at events. See the Bin Loan User Agreement for inventory numbers.
Waste bins: compost toter, 16-gallon recycle bin, set of rectangular labeled bins, 5-gal food scrap bucket, 32-gal barrels
