CVSWMD Sorting Station and bin reservation request form

Please Note: The Bin Loan program has been suspended until further notice due to Covid-19

We are happy to help you host your next zero waste event! This program is available for events in central Vermont district towns* (see below to make sure you live OR your event is located in-district). Check out the Zero Waste Event pages to learn more about event waste.

For each reservation, a $25 deposit is required.
Note: Borrowers are responsible for disposal of each waste stream. If bins are not returned EMPTY and CLEAN, or are returned damaged, your deposit will not be returned.

1) Please request your bin loan at least 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Choose from the menu items below to reserve your bins. We will confirm your request within 3-5 days.

2) Complete the user agreement form and send or drop-off cash or a check to our office:
​CVSWMD, 137 Barre St, Montpelier, VT 05602. 

3) Time limit: Bins may be borrowed for no more than 7 days.
