Board of Supervisors
The full Board of Supervisors meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm, except January, July, and August.
Board members also join committees to work on specific aspects of running the organization. The committees include the Executive Board, Financial Oversight Committee, Program Oversight Committee, and Grants Committee.
Committees meet on the following schedule:
Board of Supervisors: First Wednesday at 6:30 pm
Executive Board and Financial Oversight Committee: Third Tuesday at 5:30 pm
Grants Committee: Fourth Monday at 4:45 pm
Program Oversight Committee: First Wednesday of March and September at 5:00 pm
Ad Hoc Facility Committee: As needed
All CVSWMD meeting sites are wheelchair accessible. Please contact our central office at 802-229-9383 for any other accommodation needs within 2 weeks of any meeting.
All District board and committee meetings are open to the public. In the event of severe weather or lack of a quorum, meetings may be cancelled. Please see our website for meeting information, agendas, and minutes.
