Board of Supervisors

The full Board of Supervisors meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm, except January, July, and August.

Board members also join committees to work on specific aspects of running the organization. Those committees are as follows and meet on the schedule below:
​Board of Supervisors: 1st Wednesday at 6:30 pm
Executive Board and Financial Oversight Committee: 3rd Tuesday at 5:30 pm
Grants Committee: 4th Monday at 4:45 pm
Program Oversight Committee: 1st Wednesday of March and September at 5:00 pm
Ad Hoc Facility Committee: As needed


All CVSWMD meeting sites are wheelchair accessible. Please contact our central office for any other accessibility needs within 2 weeks of any meeting.

All District board and committee meetings are open to the public. In the event of severe weather or lack of a quorum, meetings may be cancelled. Please see our website for meeting information, agendas, and minutes.
