Event kit user agreement

Zero Waste Event Kits

Having a cook-out or pot-luck? Backyard wedding or fundraiser? 
Make your next event zero waste! We have meal settings for up to 200 people. 

CVSWMD offers this kit for a sliding-scale fee of $15-$75 to help us maintain the collection. The event kits are available for events taking place in CVSWMD member towns. *scroll to bottom of page to see list of member towns

For each reservation, a $25 deposit is required.   
If items are dirty, damaged, or late, your deposit will not be returned.


​1) Download the Event Kit User Agreement and mail or drop off your completed agreement and fees to: CVSWMD, ATTN: Event Kits, 137 Barre St, Montpelier, VT 05602 or email outreach@cvswmd.org.

2) Click the buttons below to reserve your equipment and schedule appointments for pick-up and drop-off. Please make reservations at least 7 days prior to your event.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Be sure to note the quantity of each item you need.
​Event kits may be borrowed for up to 7 days.
