School Zero Waste Events Kit Program
From paper plates at spring picnics to plastic forks at classroom holiday parties, school events can generate a lot of trash! Save money and model sustainability to your students and broader school community by borrowing durable event tableware from CVSWMD's School Zero Waste Events Kit Program.
This program offers schools up to 250 sets of durable, dishwasher-safe tableware, one sorting station, and one dishwashing station to reduce the waste generated at your next school event, big or small. (Click here to learn more about the 100% recycled tableware we use from Preserve). We can train volunteers in advance and provide onsite assistance at the dishwashing station and sorting station of your event. Kits are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so contact us in advance to reserve yours!
To reserve an events kit:
1) Fill out this form to tell us about your event
2) Download and sign the User Agreement form. Please send the completed form to your School Zero Waste Coordinator.
3) We will be in touch to confirm your reservation, schedule any volunteer training, and go over additional details.
